  • SA DB STO x 8-10 per @ 31X1 – Rest 75-90 Seconds

C1. For Time:

  • 4-6-8-10-12 Dual DB Bench Press
  • Row or Ski 5 Cals between

Rest 2 minutes, then:

  • 1-2-3-4-5-6 Wall Walk
  • Double Under x 20 between
