A. 3 Sets:

  • TGU x 2 per
  • Jumprope 30 Seconds

B. 3 Sets:

  • Narrow Grip OHS w/ PVC x 4-6 @ 3211
  • SL KB Swap 20-30 Seconds per OR Back Scale x 30 Seconds per

C. Every 2 Minutes, for 14 Minutes

  • High Hang Snatch + Mid Thigh Hang Snatch + OHS

D. For Time:

  • Double Under x 80
  • Run 400m
  • Alt. DB Hang to Overhead x 40
  • Double Under x 40
  • Run 200m
  • Alt. DB Hang to Overhead x 20
