- SA Bottoms Up KB 90/90 Carry x 50ft per
B. In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
- Row 100 Cals
- Sandbag Over the Shoulder x Max Reps OR Power Clean x Max Reps @ 70% of 1RM
Rest 5 minutes, then:
In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
- Relay Run 1 mile
- Wall Walk x Max Reps
