- High Hang Power Snatch x 3
Rest 60 seconds
Every 90 seconds for 6 minute (4 Sets)
- Mid Thigh Power Snatch x 2
Rest 60 seconds
Every 90 seconds for 6 minute (4 Sets)
- Power Snatch + OHS x 1
C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
- OHS x 9 (95/65lbs)
- Box Jump Over x 6 (30/24″)
- Muscle Up x 3
