A. 4 Sets:
- Deadlift x 4-6 @ 30X1 – Rest as needed
B. Compete as many Cals as possible in 10 minutes of:
- Bike 10 Cals
- Wall Walk x 1-2-3-4…..
*Add 1 WW after each completed round.
Rest 5 minutes, then:
Complete as many DU’s as possible in 10 minutes of:
- Alt. DB Snatch x 10 (50/35lbs)
- Double Under x 10-20-30-40…
*Add 10 Dubs after each completed round.
