A. 5 Sets:
- A1: Power Clean x 1.1.1 – Rest 5-10 seconds between singles
- A2: “Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1 – Rest 2-3 seconds between jumps – Rest 2 minutes between sets
B. In teams of 2, partners alternate full rounds to complete 3 each of:
- Double Under x 40
- Assault Bike or Row 15/12 Cals
- Alt DB Snatch x 20 (50/35lbs)
