Warm Up

Run, Row or Bike x 2 minutes

Then, 2 Rounds of:

  • Walking Lunge x 20 Steps
  • Ring Row x 10
  • Burpee Broad Jump x 5

Workout of the Day

A. 10 minutes – Handstand Hold/Walk Practice

B. 12 minutes @ 80%

  • X Band Walk x 10 steps per
  • SA Ring Row x 5 per @ 3011
  • SA KBS x 5 per
  • Alt. Jump Lunge x 10

C. In teams of 3, complete 3 sets each of:

  • Row 500m
  • Run 400m or Assault Bike 20 Cals
  • Alt DB Box Step Up x 20 (50/35lbs to 24/20″)
