- 60 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)
- 50 Shoulder to Overhead
- 40 Front Squats
- 30 Strict HSPU
- 15 Muscle Ups (Strict if possible)

- SA KB OH Carry x 50ft Left
- SA KB Front Rack Squat x 5 Left
- Rest 30 seconds
- SA KB OH Carry x 50ft Right
- SA KB Front Rack Squat x 5 Right
- Rest 30 seconds
B. 2 Sets
- SA KB Sots Press x 5 per @ 2111 – Rest 30 seconds
- Tall Box Jump x 1.1.1 – Rest 2-3 seconds between jumps and then 60 seconds between sets.
C. Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes:
- Mid Thigh Hang Clean + Front Squat x Split Jerk
