Workout of the Day

A. 4 Sets

  • 3 Position Power Clean Mid Thigh, Below the Knee, Floor) – Rest 2 minutes

B. 4 Sets

  • Push Jerk x 3 – Rest 2 minutes

C. In teams of 3, complete 4 sets each of:

  • Row 20/15 Cals
  • TTB x 15
  • Shoulder to Overhead x 10 (115/75lbs)
