- Push Jerk x 2-3 – Rest 2 minutes

- 2 Position Clean – Mid Thigh & Below the Knee – Rest 2 minutes
C. For time:
- Complete 20 reps of today’s Barbell Complex. Every time the bar rests on the ground, perform 5 Burpees. Prescribed loading is 115/75lbs.
