A. 5 Sets
- A1: CGBP x 2-3 @ 20X1 – Rest 60 seconds
- A2: Double Under x 40-50 or max reps in 40 seconds – Rest 60 seconds
B.
Complete as many unbroken sets of 5 CTB Pull Ups as possible in 6 minutes.
OR
Unbroken sets of 5 Kipping Pull Ups or sets of 5 Active Arch Bar Rows.
C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
- Deadift x 7 (185/125)
- Push Up x 9
- Box Jump x 12
