Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Bar Taps x 10
  • Wallslide x 10
  • T Push Up x10

Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets

  • A1: CGBP x 2-3 @ 20X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Double Under x 40-50 or max reps in 40 seconds – Rest 60 seconds

B.

Complete as many unbroken sets of 5 CTB Pull Ups as possible in 6 minutes.

OR

Unbroken sets of 5 Kipping Pull Ups or sets of 5 Active Arch Bar Rows.

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Deadift x 7 (185/125)
  • Push Up x 9
  • Box Jump x 12
