A. 5 Sets

  •  Hang Snatch + Snatch – Rest 90 seconds between

B.

  • Deadlift – Build to a “heavy” double with solid mechanics in 12 minutes.

C. For time:

  • KB Snatch x 100 (53/35)
  • EMOM perform 5 Burpees

-Workout starts with 5 Burpees. 8 minute time cap.
