  • A1. TTB x 10-15
  • A2. Alt Pistol x 10-12
  • A3. Double Under x 40-50

B. 5 Rounds for time of:

  • Run/Row 250m OR Assault Bike 15/10 Cals
  • CTB Pull Up x 10

C. SLIPS pracitce 10 minutes
