In teams of 2 or 3, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
- Run 800m or Row 1000m
- Front Squat x 30 (115/75lbs)
- Pull Up x 30 (CTB if possible)
Comp Class Downtown 8am
A. 3 Sets
- Lower from Inverted Hang x 2-3 (SLOW)
- HS Walk x 5-10m to the Wall, then perform Strict HSPU x max reps
- SL Depth Drop x 3 per
B. 3 Sets
- Alt Hanging Hip Touch x 8-10
- Press from Receiving (Clean) x 3-4 @ 2111
- Tall Box Jump x 1.1.1
C. Every 2 minutes, for 14 (7 Sets)
- 2 Front Squats + 1 Split Jerk
D. Conditioning – find a partner and join the 9am Class
