In teams of 3, complete 2 sets of:

  • Partner A – Row or Run 250m
  • Partner B – Hang from Pull Up bar
  • Partner C – Hold Nose to Wall HS Hold OR perform 2-3 Wall Walks

Workout of the Day

A.

Take 12 minutes to build to a “heavy” set in the following complex:

  • Power Clean + Front Squat + Split Jerk

B. 4 Sets

  • Push Press x 3-5 reps – Rest 2 minutes between sets.

C.

In teams of 2, partners alternate rounds to complete 5 each of:

  • KBS x 20 (53/35)
  • Box Jump x 10 (24/20″)
  • SA KB Clean & Press x 10 (5 per)
