Take 12 minutes to build to a “heavy” set in the following complex:
- Power Clean + Front Squat + Split Jerk

- Push Press x 3-5 reps – Rest 2 minutes between sets.

In teams of 2, partners alternate rounds to complete 5 each of:
- KBS x 20 (53/35)
- Box Jump x 10 (24/20″)
- SA KB Clean & Press x 10 (5 per)
