Run 400m

Dynamic Drills

Ankle, Hip, and Front Rack Mobility

Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Wallball x 10
  • KB Snatch x 10 (5 per)

Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets

  • A1: 1 Front Squat @ 22X1 + 1 Front Squat @ 20X1 – Proceed immediatley to A2
  • A2: UNBROKEN Wallball x 15-20 (20/14lbs to 10/9′ target)- Rest 2 minutes

B. For time:

  • Run 800m
  • KB Snatch x 60 (53/35)
  • Run 800m

-Switch hands every 5 reps for the KB Snatch.
