- A1: 1 Front Squat @ 22X1 + 1 Front Squat @ 20X1 – Proceed immediatley to A2
- A2: UNBROKEN Wallball x 15-20 (20/14lbs to 10/9′ target)- Rest 2 minutes
B. For time:
- Run 800m
- KB Snatch x 60 (53/35)
- Run 800m
-Switch hands every 5 reps for the KB Snatch.
