  • Squat to Stand x 5
  • Good Morning x 10
  • Russian KBS x 10

Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets

  • A1: Hang Power Clean + Power Clean – Rest 45-60 seconds
  • A2: Double Under x max reps in 30 seconds – Rest 45-60 seconds

B. 3 Sets

Against a 2 minute clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

  • GTO x 5 (135/95)
  • Burpee x 5

Rest two minutes between sets and pick up where you leave off after each set. Report total rounds and reps performed.
