A. 5 Sets
- A1: Hang Power Clean + Power Clean – Rest 45-60 seconds
- A2: Double Under x max reps in 30 seconds – Rest 45-60 seconds
B. 3 Sets
Against a 2 minute clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
- GTO x 5 (135/95)
- Burpee x 5
Rest two minutes between sets and pick up where you leave off after each set. Report total rounds and reps performed.
