A. 4 Sets

  • A1: Press x 6-8 @ 20X1 – Rest 45 seconds
  • A2: Hollow Body Flutter Kicks x 30-45 seconds – Rest 45 seconds
  • A3: Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Carry x 50 feet each arm – Rest 90 seconds

B. In teams of 2, with only 1 partner working at a time, partners alternate to complete 7 rounds each of:

  • Man Maker x 5 (50/35lbs)

Today’s Man Maker is Row left, Push Up, Row right, Power Clean, Shoulder to Overhead.
