Warm Up

  • Burpee Broad Jump x 3
  • TGU x 2 per
  • Wall Walk x 1

Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets for Quality

  • Nose to Wall HS Hold x 30-45 seconds
  • Double Under x max reps in 30 seconds
  • KB Snatch x 12 (6 per)

B. EMOM for 25 minutes (5 Sets)

  • Min 1 – Row 15-18/12-15 Cals
  • Min 2 – KB Snatch x 10 (5 per) + Double Under x 20
  • Min 3 – Run 150m
  • Min 4 – Burpee Box Jump Over x 8-10 (24/20″)
  • Min 5 – Rest
