  • A2: Pull Up (Pronated) x 5-7 @ 2111 – Rest 45-60 seconds
  • A3: Chin Up (Supinated) x 5-7 @ 2111 – Rest 45-60 seconds

B. 15 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Wall Walk x 2
  • TGU x 4 (2 per)
  • TTB x 6
  • Run 150m w/ Medball
