In teams of 2 or 3, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

  • Row, Ski, or Assault Bike 50 Cals
  • Hang Power Clean x 50 (135/95lbs)
  • Bar Facing Burpee x 50
  • Pull Up x 50 (CTB if possible)
