Workout of the Day

A. 6 Sets

  • 3 Position Snatch – Pockets, Mid Thigh, Below the Knee.

B. For time:

  • Run 400m

Then:

  • Power Clean x 12 (135/95)
  • STO x 12
  • Power Clean x 9
  • STO x 9
  • Power Clean x 6
  • STO x 6

Then:

  • Run 400m
