Workout of the Day
A. Accumulate the folllowing:
- 3 minutes – Nose to Wall Handstand Hold
- 2 minutes – Front & Back Scale Per Side
- 1 minute – Archbody Hold
B. 4 Sets:
- B1: Snatch Grip Push Press x 3 + OHS x 1 @ 31X1
- B2: “Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1 – Rest 2-3 seconds between then Rest 90 seconds
C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
- 1 Hang Power Clean (115/75lbs)
- 1 Front Squat
- 1 Shoulder to Overhead
*Add 1 rep to each movement after completing each round:
*You must perform 10 Lateral Hops over Bar any time the weight settles on the ground.
*Loading: Men=115 lbs, Women=75 lbs
