  • Assault Bike 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200m
  • Dual KB Deadlift x 10 @ 30X1

Rest 4 minutes, then:

  • Row 500, 400, 300, 200, 100m
  • Deficit Push Up x 10 @ 30X1

Rest 4 minutes, then:

  • Ski 500, 400, 300, 200, 100m OR Run
  • OH Plate Sit Up x 10
