A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg x :60 seconds
  • TGU x 2 per
  • Supinated Hang 20 Seconds

B. 3 Sets:

  • Press in Split x 4 – Rest :90 seconds

C. 4 Sets:

  • Push Press x 2 – Rest :90 seconds

5 Sets:

  • Split Jerk x 2 – Rest :90 seconds

Hold the receiving position in the Split for 2-3 Seconds before recovering

E. In teams of 3, Bike as many Cals as possible in 12 Minutes.
