A. Every 2 minutes, for 8 (4 Sets)

  • Push Press x 3

B. Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 Sets)

  • Push Jerk x 2

C. Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 Sets)

  • Split Jerk x 1

D. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • SA KB Complex x 1 – Left
  • Box Jump/Step Down x 10
  • SA KB Complex x 1 – Right
  • Run 150m
