Warm Up

EMOM for 6 minutes:

  • 1: Run 150m
  • 2: Hang from Bar x :20 + Bar Tap x 10
  • 3: Jump Rope x :45

Workout of the Day

A. 2 Sets:

  • A1: Wide Grip Pull Up (Pronated) x 6-8 @ 2011 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: Pull Up (Pronated) x 6-8 @ 2011 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A3: Chin Up (Supinated) x 6-8 @ 2011 – Rest 2 minutes

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • TTB x 10
  • Alternating DB Snatch x 20 (50/35lbs)
  • Double Under x 30
  • Run 400m
