A. 4 Sets

In teams of 3, with only 1 person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

  • Hang Clean x 3 (135/95lbs)
  • Shoulder to Overhead x 5
  • Burpee x 7
  • CTB Pull Up x 9

-Rest 2 minutes between sets and pick up where your team left off in the previous round.
