  • Weighted Ring Pull Up x 2-3 @ 2011 OR 3-4 Negatives @ 50A1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • FLR on Floor 30 seconds – Rest 60 seconds

B. 3 Sets:

  • Hollow Body DB Pullover x 8-10
  • Beast to Alternating Leg Through x 8-10

C. EMOM for 20 (4 Sets)

  • Double Under x Max Reps in 40 Seconds
  • Bear Hug Sandbag Hold 40 Seconds
  • Erg for Max Cals in 40 Seconds
  • Burpee Pull Up x Max Reps in 40 Seconds
  • Rest
