Run 250m

Then 2 Rounds of:

  • Inchworm x 5
  • Squat to Stand x 5
  • Goat Bagger x 5
  • Box Jump/Step Down x 5

Workout of the Day

A. 4 Sets

  • A1: Deadlift x 4-6 @ 21×1 – Rest 45 seconds
  • A2: Box Jump/Step Down x 1.1.1.1.1 – Rest 2-3 seconds between jumps – Rest 45 seconds
  • A3: Ring Push Up x max reps @ 1010 – Rest 45 seconds

B.

In teams of 2, partners alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • GTO x 5 (135/95)
  • Burpee over the bar x 7
  • Double KB Front Rack Carry x 30m
  • Sprint 30m
