In teams of 3, complete 2 Rounds each of:

  • Partner A – Run 250m
  • Partner B – Jumprope (Singles)
  • Partner C – TGU x 1 per

Workout of the Day

A.

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • Run 800m
  • Double Under x max reps

Rest exactly 3 minutes, then…

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • Pull Up x 5
  • Push Up x 10
  • Air Squat x 15

Rest exactly 3 minutes, then…

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • Row 1000m
  • KB Snatch x max reps (53/35) – must switch hands every 5 reps

B. 2-3 Sets

  • B1: Couch Stretch x 60 seconds per
  • B2: SA Bent Row x 6-8 per @ 2111
