Warm Up

Jumprope 3 minutes

Then 2 rounds of:

  • Squat to Stand x 4
  • Prisoner Good Morning x 6
  • Alt. Box Step Up x 8

Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets

  • A1: Mid Thigh Hang Power Clean x 1.1.1 – Reset and Rest 3-5 seconds between these singles and then proceed immediately to A2 after the 3rd rep.
  • A2: “Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1 – Reset and Rest 2 to 3 seconds between jumps. Rest 2 minutes between sets.

B. In teams of 2, partners alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • Deadlift x 4 (155/105lbs)
  • Hang Power Clean x 3
  • Front Squat x 2
  • Shoulder to Overhead x 1

-pick a load for your barbell that you can complete the first 2 rounds UNBROKEN.
