- Front Squat x 6 (135/95lbs)
22 – 28:00

28 – 40:00
In teams of 3, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
- Power Clean x 3 (135/95lbs) OR Sandbag OTS x 3
- Burpee Box Jump Over x 6 (24/20″)
