In teams of 2 or 3, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:

  • Power Clean x 4 (155/105lbs)
  • Bar Facing Burpee x 8
  • Row 16/12 Cals

Rest/Walk 4 minutes, then:

In teams of 2 or 3, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:

  • Muscle Up x 3/2 or Burpee Pull Up x 6
  • Thruster x 12 (95/65)
  • Run 150m
