C. 4 Sets:

  • Push Jerk x 3 – Rest 90 seconds

D. Complete 4 Rounds for Time:

  • SA DB Split Jerk x 10 – Left
  • Erg 20/15 Cals
  • SA DB Split Jerk x 10 – Right
  • Erg 20/15 Cals
