A. 4 Sets:

  • A1: Front Squat x 4-6 @ 20X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: SA Farmer Carry 100ft per – Rest 60 seconds

B. 3 Sets for times:

  • Wallball x 15 (UNBROKEN)
  • Run 250m
  • Wallball x 15 (UNBROKEN)
  • Run 250m

Rest 2 minutes bertween.
