A. 3 Sets:

  • Bike or Row 1 minute
  • 90/90 Hip Switch x 10
  • Dislocate x 10
  • Half Kneeling Ankle Rocks 30 Seconds per

B. 3 Sets (OHS Therapy)

  • Wall Facing OHS w/ PVC x 5 @ 3111

C. 3 Sets:

  • Front Squat x 6-8 @ 20X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Ring Support 15-20 Seconds (RTO if possible) – Rest 75 Seconds

D. Complete for time:

  • 8 Manmakers
  • 800m Row
  • 8 Manmakers

Today’s MM is: Row Left, Push Up, Row Right, Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press.
