- Half Kneeling Ankle Rocks 30 Seconds per

- Wall Facing OHS w/ PVC x 5 @ 3111
C. 3 Sets:
- Front Squat x 6-8 @ 20X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
- Ring Support 15-20 Seconds (RTO if possible) – Rest 75 Seconds
D. Complete for time:
- 8 Manmakers
- 800m Row
- 8 Manmakers
