A. 3 Sets:
- Jumprope 60 seconds (20 on + 10 rest x 2)
- Prone Snow Angel x 8
- YTW x 5 per
B. 4 Sets:
- 1-1-2 DB Bench Press x 6-8 reps – Rest 60 seconds
- Glute Bride x 10 @ 20X1 – Rest 60 seconds
C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
- Erg 20/15 Cals
- SA DB Push Press x 20 (10 per)
- Box Step Over w/ Goblet Hold x 20 (24/20″)
