A. Every 90 seconds for 6 minutes (4 Sets)

  • High Hang Power Clean x 4 @ 55-60%

Rest 1:00, then:

Every 90 seconds for 6 minutes (4 Sets)

  • Mid Thigh Hang Power Clean x 3 @ 65-70%

Rest 1:00, then:

Every 90 seconds for 6 minutes (4 Sets)

  • Power Clean x 2 @ 70-75%

B. In teams of 2 partners alternate full rounds to complete 5 each of:

  • Deadlift x 5 @ heaviest set from “A”
  • Box Jump/Step Down x 10 (24/20)
  • Air Squat x 15
