Workout of the Day

A. Every 90 seconds for 6 minutes (4 Sets)

  • High Hang Power Clean x 4 @ 55-60%

Rest 1:00, then:

Every 90 seconds for 6 minutes (4 Sets)

  • Mid Thigh Hang Power Clean x 3 @ 65-70%

Rest 1:00, then:

Every 90 seconds for 6 minutes (4 Sets)

  • Power Clean x 2 @ 70-75%

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • Double Under x 20 OR Lateral Hops Over Bar or DB
  • 1 Round of Today’s Barbell Complex

Add 1 Round of the BB Complex after each round

Today’s BB Complex is 3 Deadlift + 3 Hang Power Clean + 3 Front Squat
