- KB FR + Farmer Carry x 75ft per
- Double Under x Max Reps in 30 SecondsHollow Rocks x 30 Seconds
- Row 20 Strokes (No Straps)
B1. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
- Erg 10 Cals + Double Under x 10
- Erg 20 Cals + DU x 20
- Erg 30 Cals + DU x 30
- Erg 40… and so on until time expires
Rest/Walk 3 Minutes
B2. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
- Burpee x 1 + Box Step Over x 1 (30/24)
- Burpee x 2 + Box Step Over x 2
- Burpee x 3 + Box Step Over x 3
- Burpee x 4 + Box Step x 4… and so on until time expires
