A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg 60 seconds
  • 90/90 Hip Switch x 10
  • Cat Cow x 10Scap Pull Up x 10

B. 6 Sets – Back Squat @ 30X1

  • Set 1 – 5 reps @ 70%
  • Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75-80%
  • Set 3 – 1 rep @ 88-92%
  • Set 4 – 6 reps @ 80%
  • Set 5 – 6 reps @ 80%
  • Set 6 – 6 rep @ 80%

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

C. 3 Sets, Each For Time:

  • Row 25 Cals
  • Wallball x 25

Rest/Walk 2 Minutes between
