Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Dislocate x10
  • Snatch Grip RDL x 10
  • Snatch Grip Push Press x 10
  • OHS x 10

B1. Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 Sets)

  • High Hang Power Snatch x 3

Rest 1:00, then:

B2. Every 90 seconds for 6 minute (4 Sets)

  • Mid Thigh Power Snatch x 2

Rest 1:00, then:

B3. Every 90 seconds for 6 minute (4 Sets)

  • Power Snatch + OHS x 1

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • OHS x 9 (95/65lbs)
  • Box Jump Over x 6 (30/24″)
  • Muscle Up x 3
