Workout of the Day

A. Test Wall Squat – see how close you can get your toes to the wall with your toes facing forward at shoulder width apart when performing an air squat. You are not allowed to make contact with the wall.

B. 3 Sets: Squat Therapy

  • Heels Elevated x 5
  • Feet Flat x 5
  • Toes Elevated x 5

*Set 1 – Feet shoulder width
*Set 2 – Feet Hip Width
*Set 3 – Heels Touching or As Narrow As Possible

C. Retest Wall Squat

D. 3 Sets:

  • B1: Single Leg Box Squat x 6-8 per @ 3011 – Rest 15 seconds between legs then Rest 45 seconds
  • B2: Bar Tap x 10-15 – Rest 45 seconds
  • B3: SA Bottoms Up KB Carry 90/90 x 25ft per – Rest 45 seconds

C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • Alt DB Snatch x 10 (50/35lbs)
  • TTB x 8
  • Lateral Burpee Over the DB x 6
