  • Lateral Box Step Up w/ Goblet Hold x 6-8 per – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Supinated Chin Over Bar Hold x 20-30 Seconds – Rest 75 Seconds

B. 4 Sets:

  • Box Squat x 4-6 @ 31X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Supinated Chin Over Bar Hold x 20-30 Seconds – Rest 75 Seconds

C. 3 Sets:

Against a 3:00 clock

  • Run 250m
  • Air Squat x 30
  • Burpee Pull Up x Max Reps

Rest/Walk 3 Minutes between.
